Fitting the Hook and Loop Pack

  1. Offer up the mudguard under the fork brace so you can see which slots to use for the hook & loop, you can then use a small sharp flathead screwdriver to CAREFULLY push through the slots and waggle to widen to create enough room for the hook & loop straps

    CAUTION: TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN PUNCTURING THE HOLES OR SLOTS - DO IT SLOWLY AND ENSURE THAT PERSONS OR PROPERTY ARE ALSO NOT IN THE WAY}

  2. Slide the hook & loop straps through the top and sides as shown below ensuring the buckles are always at the rear of the mudguard and the logos are facing outward ***THE HOOK & LOOP STRAPS FOR THE ARMS ARE LEFT & RIGHT SPECIFIC***

  3. Attach side rubber pads including to ensure they protect the fork from touching the plastic of the mudguard, you can also use the top pads included between the top slots you have chosen for more protection and stability

  4. If you have a high fork brace leaving the mudguard too high off the tyre, then there's a spare top pad you can add on top of the other to help lower the mudguard

  5. Do up the hook & loop straps tight and CUT OFF ANY EXCESS

  6. Before use, ensure the guard doesn't hit the frame/fork on bottoming the fork
